World champion 2005 and 2006 season, Fernando Alonso admitted that his team, Ferrari still has quite a lot of homework before facing the inaugural Grand Prix of Australia, next March.

He estimates that 20% of his team's readiness to sail the new F2012 season. Ferrari's first pre-season test results into evidence, Alonso could only reach the fourth fastest under Nico Rosberg (McLaren), Romain Grosjaen (Renault), and Michael Schumacher of Mercedes.

"It's still early and there's still work to understand the many changes on the car compared to last season," Alonso said as quoted by PlaentF1, Monday (13/02/2012).

"We're probably still 20% of what we need, but on the next test we will try to fix the rest," he continued.

But there are some positive aspects of thought. "" I think we've managed to make things better. We used the tires since the first lap, we could not do last year, "he said.
