GP China - Rosberg Surprised by His Victory

Shanghai - Nico Rosberg took his first win during race in Formula 1 GP China in 2012. After the race, Rosberg said he was surprised by the fact that he achieved that victory.

Rosberg victory at the Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday (4/15/2012) afternoon local time, completing a sweet weekend for him. Previously, the 26-year-old rider occupies the pole position after successfully incised the fastest time in the qualifying session.

Furthermore, the story ends sweetly Rosberg. Led the race after the start, the son of former F1 world champion Keke Rosberg has soared ahead of other riders. He's had dropped to third, but the alternation of riders entered the pit to make it back up to second.

"It feels incredible. I am very happy and excited," Rosberg said.

Rosberg's win with 20 seconds advantage over Jenson Button in the second position. Throughout the race, the 26-year-old driver was almost overtaken by the rider, other riders.

"We did not expect it so fast. We knew we had a chance to be in front, but we never thought could be that fast."

"Thanks to everyone on the team who have worked hard and improve the ability of the car. I was trouble in the first two races, but here everything is very good," he said.
